I didn't make the plane come in late. I didn't leave that gum on your seat. I didn't shrink the bins just so your bag won't fit. I didn't shorten the seatbelt so you need an extension. I'm not here to 'ruin your life'. I can't control the weather in our destination. I have no control over the ground stop in San Francisco. I didn't cause the tornadoes that are disrupting your travel plans. I didn't call in the fog that won't let us land. I can't hold your next flight for you or call the rental car company to ask them to stay open or cancel the meeting you won't make.
